Overview
Our refund and returns policy covers digital products sold on NewsLoom, including Templates, Subscriptions, Reels Bundles, Automation Tools, Content Packs, and Premium Plugins. Because these are non-tangible digital goods, sales are final once the product is delivered, downloaded, or access is granted.
Refund Eligibility
We generally do not offer refunds after delivery/download/access. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same product.
- Technical issues that prevent download/access and our support team cannot resolve them.
- Wrong product delivered due to our system error.
If you believe your purchase qualifies, contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@newsloom.in with proof of transaction and a clear description of the issue.
Non-Refundable Items
- Activated subscription charges (no pro-rata refunds for the remaining period).
- Downloaded Templates, Reels Bundles, Content Packs.
- Premium Plugins after license key issuance.
- Automation Tools once access is granted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable for digital products. If you received the wrong digital item due to our error, we will correct it at no extra charge.
Cancellations (Subscriptions)
- Cancel anytime from your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future renewals; no refunds for the current billing period will be provided.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved (in eligible cases), we will process it to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (processing times may vary by bank/payment provider).
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
For access/download issues, please contact our support first at support@newsloom.in — often we can resolve problems quickly (file re-sends, alternate download links, license re-issue).
